Buffalo Gong Matches

Buffalo Gong matches consist of shooting 20 rounds for record at metal gongs placed at intervals between 50 and 300 yards. Off hand, bench and shooting stick positions are used.

Firearms used are originals or modern replicas in the spirit of the era 1896 and earlier. Classes include single shot sporting rifle, traditional muzzleloading rifle, cowboy rifle, military rifle, .22 rimfire rifle and single action revolver.

 These are challenging and fun shoots!
