Overview

The Lincoln County Rifle Club is a private, member-only organization.  As such, we are committed to respecting your privacy.

Collection, use and disclosure of personal information

When you apply for membership in the Lincoln County Rifle Club, we ask for certain personal information in order to verify your eligibility for membership and to communicate important information about Club events, rule changes and other information of interest to our members. The information collected can be found on our current Membership Application, and may be augmented by additional information you share with us as you proceed through the application process.

This information is disclosed to no one outside the organization and cannot be seen by anyone except those with Administrator status.

After becoming a member, you can control your privacy settings to limit the amount of personal information that can be seen by your fellow members or you can remove yourself from the Member Directory altogether.

Giving consent for others

If, as a member, you provide personal data about others when registering guests or sponsoring a prospective new member, we assume that you have have obtained their consent to do so.

Third-parties applications

We do not at any time share your personal data with any third-party applications.

We are an all volunteer organization and do not have paid staff. You may reach the leadership of the organization by emailing any member of the Executive Committee  with your questions or concerns.  Active members may adjust their privacy settings at any time by logging in to their account and adjusting the privacy setting in their member profile.
